All products sold through nutri365.life have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.
Returned products must be in original condition and unused.
The buyer must inform us at nutri365.life within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.
nutri365.life will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to nutri365.life at his/her own cost.
The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.
The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written letter.
Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error from our side, a restocking fee of 10% may be charged.
